1. Standard Returns
Under UK distance selling regulations, Seastone Supply authorizes returns within 14 days of receiving your cargo. To initiate a return, you must contact HQ within this window to receive authorization.
2. TCG Security & Tampering
Due to the nature of Trading Card Games, all sealed cargo must remain strictly unopened, shrink-wrapped, and untampered. Products that have been opened, unsealed, or show signs of being searched/switched are strictly ineligible for return. We log batch numbers prior to dispatch to ensure inventory integrity.
3. Refund Processing
Once your returned cargo is received and inspected at HQ, approved refunds are routed securely via our Stripe payment gateway back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the transmission.
Fleet Dispatch Times
Once your requisition is finalized, HQ aims to dispatch all in-stock cargo within 1-2 business days. Pre-order cases will be held until the official Bandai street release date.
Royal Mail Transit
To ensure the secure delivery of high-value assets, all domestic cargo is shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services. Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days from the moment of dispatch.
Tracking Intel
As soon as your cargo leaves the facility, your tracking intel will be transmitted directly to your registered email. You can monitor your supply drop via the Royal Mail Tracking Portal.
Data Controller
Adam Hughes, trading as Seastone Supply, is the registered Data Controller for all information collected on this platform. Your personal data is strictly confidential and managed under UK GDPR guidelines.
Data Registry & GDPR
Seastone Supply only collects data necessary to fulfill your orders, manage your Fleet Points, and verify LGS Partner status. We do not sell, trade, or broadcast your data to third-party syndicates.
Secure Payment Gateway
All financial transactions are handled end-to-end by Stripe's encrypted infrastructure. Seastone Supply never sees, records, or stores your raw credit card data on our servers.
Your Data Rights
You have the right to access the data we hold on you, or request a complete registry wipe (account deletion) at any time. Simply transmit a request to HQ via our contact channels, and we will execute the actions within 30 days.
Legal Entity & Contract
"Seastone Supply" is the trading name of Adam Hughes. By finalizing a requisition on this terminal, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Adam Hughes (Sole Trader), operating out of Aberystwyth, UK.
1. Rules of Engagement & Anti-Scalping
Seastone Supply enforces strict allocation limits on high-demand cargo to protect the local meta. Any attempt to bypass maximum purchase limits using multiple accounts, automated bots, or freight forwarders will result in immediate order cancellation, a permanent IP ban from the Fleet, and forfeiture of all accumulated Fleet Points.
2. Pre-Order Allocation
Due to the volatile nature of Bandai TCG printing, all pre-orders are subject to our final distributor allocation. If Seastone Supply receives a wave reduction from our supplier, pre-orders will be fulfilled strictly in the chronological order they were received. Any unfulfilled requisitions will be immediately refunded in full.
3. Fleet Points System
Fleet Points are a loyalty mechanic designed to reward active players and LGS partners. They hold zero cash value outside of the Seastone Supply ecosystem and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for fiat currency. HQ reserves the right to adjust point values or revoke points if fraudulent activity is detected.

To keep the Fleet operational, Seastone Supply uses essential data markers (cookies). These are strictly necessary for the site to function—such as remembering what cargo is in your terminal (cart) and keeping your session secure while logged in.
Secure Checkout
When you initiate a transaction, our payment processor (Stripe) places secure cookies on your device. These are mandatory for fraud prevention, anti-scalper verification, and to ensure your financial transmission is safely routed.
Analytics & Tracking
We do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies to follow you across the internet. Any analytics gathered are strictly anonymized and used solely by HQ to monitor server load and improve the supply lines.

Operating Hours & Response Time
